IMPROVEMENTS: A gravelled, curved driveway leads to the single car garage/shed. This building of timber and corrugated iron with a gravel floor and an attached, open sided section, is over a hundred years old. Many years ago, when the land was part of a farm, the open sided section with flag stone flooring had been used as a dairy. The old, disused, brick in ground tank, next to the driveway, provides a novel feature. A clothes hoist is located between the home and the garage/shed.
