Tucked only a street or two from the top end of the Esplanade, a short walk gets you to an amazing meandering clifftop trail to the beach – starting with a sweeping view of Cactus Canyon, the rolling hills and Nan Hai Pu Tuo Temple of Australia. Pop into Berg Herring Wines and the Victory Hotel, just up the road, to enjoy a taste of the region. Bringing the kids? Hastings Park is just down the street – enjoy a BMX track, shaded playground, skateboard bowl, basketball hoop, BBQ area and expansive lawn.
