Less than 200 metres from the beach, this stunning Sellicks holiday home boasts ocean views from the front verandah, living room and kitchen. Its four bedrooms accommodates up to seven people, and the elegantly furnished yet comfortable and light-filled living space offers everything you need for a relaxing and memorable getaway. There's even a telescope to check the surf conditions.

There are two bedrooms with queen beds, wardrobes and ceiling fans, plus a double bunk room, also with ceiling fan. The fourth bedroom contains a single bed. The house has a spacious modern bathroom and is equipped with a washing machine. The living area has two cosy couches, a television with DVD player and VHS, and a wood fire and reverse-cycle air-conditioning to ensure year-round comfort. A good selection of magazines and movies is provided, but you'll probably prefer to watch the sunset.

On warm evenings, the covered front verandah beckons for al fresco dining and relaxing. At the rear of the house, a covered timber deck looks out to the large, fully fenced yard, which has plenty of grass for the kids to play on. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need for preparing fuss-free meals, including stainless-steel electric oven and a microwave, and you can pick up groceries at the Sellicks Beach General Store just around the corner or at the nearby Aldinga shops. If you don't fancy cooking on holiday, the store also sells takeaways, and Aldinga offers a good selection of restaurants and cafes. The award-winning Victory Hotel is also less than five-minutes' drive away. When it comes to idyllic seaside escapes, you really won't find a better location, with the beach on your doorstep and the vines, wines and other attractions all within easy exploring distance.
