Well let's get down to business!

The main bedroom is a good place to start. It is a good size so it can accommodate that larger bed whilst still having easy access to that fantastic BIR with plenty of storage. Being beachside the ceiling fan will be sufficient on most summer nights. The second bedroom is just fine and has sliding door access to the rear yard.
The all important kitchen will certainly tick a box for you. It is of a neutral coloured modern design and features considerable bench space and wall/ underneath cupboards and drawers. Gas is the order of the day with a Westinghouse stove top and fan forced oven. There are outside blinds to be used as appropriate. Next to the Kitchen we have the dining room. A feature of this unit is undoubtedly the larger lounge room with lots of natural light from the north facing windows. Not normally a feature is the laundry but this won is noted for being 'spacey' and having heaps of floor to ceiling storage. So we end up with a 'pantry' to the kitchen, a linen press, broom cupboard and storage. Magnificent.
Going outside we find a paved area with plenty of room for outside entertaining. The fernery/fish pond nook with small water feature gives just that touch of tranquill. It's all rounded off with a deep single garage with roller doors at both ends hence access to rear yard.
