We purchased this property when pregnant with our third child back in 2001 and have loved the community from the very first week we moved in.
This home has been filled with love and laughter and now that our children have all grown up and moved out, it is time for another family to make it theirs.

We have celebrated many milestones in this home ? numerous children's birthdays, sporting team celebrations, 18ths, 21sts, graduations, engagements, baby showers, extended family Christmas gatherings, 40ths, 50ths, a 60th and even a 60th wedding anniversary for our parents.

On several occasions we have had over 100 people at parties ? even in the middle of winter ? and had great memorable times.

The rear access to Prospect Oval has been awesome for walking the dog and for our kids to train and play both cricket and football.

We are sad to be leaving but will take our memories with us as we downsize and look forward to enjoying retirement.
