value, which may include (but not be limited to):
(a) principal elevations
(b) important vistas and views to and from the place
(c) setting and setbacks
(d) building materials
(e) outbuildings and walls
(f) trees and other landscaping elements
(g) access conditions (driveway form/width/material)
(h) architectural treatments
