CLEANING
The servicing of the apartment will occur on weekdays, excluding weekends & public holidays. Up to one (1) hour of cleaning is included in weekly rate. Any additional cleaning required in addition to the one hour that is either required or requested by the guest will be charged at a rate of $65.00 per hour (incl. GST).
Upon departure a fee of $180 is charged based on a maximum of three (3) hours of cleaning. For all additional cleaning hours required a rate of $65 per hour is charged.
