This house is situated on land which is shared with other associated residential buildings which are not included in the accommodation.Off-street parking for two vehicles is available at no extra charge.

Weekly rate: $650/week for upto 3 people, plus $75/week for each additional person
Minimum 4 week stay, Maximum 12 week stay (for each booking). Rent must be paid in advance, prior to arrival.
SERVICES INCLUDED IN WEEKLY RATE: mains electricity (average usage or less), mains water (average usage or less), weekly basic clean (kitchen & bathroom surfaces, kitchen & bathroom fixtures & floors throughout), linen service (if linen hire is purchased), monthly garden maintenance
NOT INCLUDED IN WEEKLY RATE: internet (but there is NBN fibre-to-node connected to the site), if you choose to get your current service transferred, or there is also coverage for most mobile broadband networks), laundry service (there is a clothes washer in the bathroom), soap/haircare products/laundry products or any other consumables, end of tenancy detail clean (this will be charged at $250 once at the end of the stay)
Check in from 3pm onwards, Check out by 11am at end of stay.
Short Term Tenancy Bond: $1000 (to be deposited to Landlords Holding Bank Account prior to entry & refunded on exit, minus any outstanding fees/charges on account)
n.b. All buildings offered for these stays are detached self-contained residential buildings on torrens titled allotments with off street parking and fenced yards. The land which these buildings are situated on is monitored with CCTV cameras for security and compliance purposes. This product was designed for the skilled workforce that contributes to the maintenance and development of the Murraylands. All guests must be employed by contract with an Employer who operates a workplace within the Murraylands. All guest must have a permanent residential address which is not located in the Murraylands.
