NOT INCLUDED IN WEEKLY RATE: internet (but there is NBN fibre-to-node connected to the site), if you choose to get your current service transferred, or there is also coverage for most mobile broadband networks), laundry service (there is a clothes washer in the bathroom), soap/haircare products/laundry products or any other consumables, end of tenancy detail clean (this will be charged at $250 once at the end of the stay)

All guests must be employed by contract with an Employer who operates a workplace within the Murraylands. All guest must have a permanent residential address which is not located in the Murraylands.
