The living area is centrally located to the other rooms and comprises a kitchen, meals area and lounge. Access to the front deck is via glass sliding doors from the lounge and ensures easy movement from indoors to outdoors.

If you have friends and family coming to visit dont despair there is additional sleeping accommodation available in the 6 berth caravan which is permanently parked under the carport and located close to the home.
While on the river what better way to spend time (unless in the water) than to sit back and relax on the front deck.
Storage of small boat or other jet ski is made easy with the shed which leads to the concrete boat ramp, which assists with launching of the smaller water craft.
Adjacent to the shed is a large under cover area which provides the ideal entertaining area.
