The use of a caravan at the back of the property has cleverly created a secondary sleeping space and sitting area, separate from the shack. With such a sizeable yard, the options here are many, you can set up to suit your individual needs - this is just an example to show how much space is available.

Full width gate access through to the rear yard also offers up extra parking/storage for your vehicles, boat etc. with another two off street parks alongside the shack. There is ample room to build a new shed/studio (STCC) if in your future plans - the yard is really a blank canvas. A garden shed can be found at the back of the property for some extra storage and garden equipment etc.
