This is an absolutely stunning big home designed to comfortably cater for the needs of any family. It is functionally brilliant but has the added bonus of so many tasteful and high quality design additions throughout. You will walk through this home and find yourself constantly saying Look what theyve done here.... I Love That!

The home is very deceptively cottage like from the front but has approximately 235 square metres of living space and a massive 294 sqm build approx. The brush fence immediately adds a character feel and as you walk up the drive you will notice the high quality clay brick paving under your feet which continues up to the double garage and along the front of the home and down the entire eastern side. The paving frames a formally structured front garden of gravel paths and garden beds around a centrepiece pond and fountain. Pretty standard roses and some established trees punctuate the space and soften the vision to the very appealing front building facade. The front door is set back under the shelter of a pillared portico with a high gable section to one side and a double garage to the other. The facade is beautifully coloured and textured with broken faced sandstone and trimmed with glazed black brickwork. The cream coloured dual panel lift remote control garage doors include decorative glass lights and the design fits seamlessly with the sandstone. Similarly the warm terracotta tiling and the black guttering and roof trims perfectly complement the rest of the frontage.... let the wows begin!

The front portico has a tessellated tile surface in dark grey and cream to continue the colour theme. Through the front door you will immediately step on to the solid Jarrah polished timber floor which shines all the way down the central passage to the rear doors 26 metres away. The Jarrah floors are carried through the entire home with the exception of the carpeted bedrooms and the tiled bathrooms and laundry. From the hall you will also notice the character classical period skirtings, architraves and cornices. The doors are also reproduction panel doors reminiscent of those from a century ago. That also applies to the stunning brass and decorative glass pendant light fittings which are all set in ceiling roses throughout the home.

The main bedroom is at the front of the home and has a large walk in robe and an ensuite. The ensuite is large and classically presented with dado tiling, beautifully constructed period style cabinets fitted with high quality porcelain and beautiful taps and hardware. The theme in all the wet areas is black and white which has a striking, clean appeal. The black and white chequered floor tiles are complemented with the black and white diamond check motifs in the tile capping on the dado.

The three other bedrooms all have large high quality built in robes which are built in floor to ceiling and each has an inset mirror in one of the doors and the addition of simple routed moulding lines to tie them in with the classical architraves.

The main bathroom is three separate areas with a double vanity, a separate toilet and a large bath and shower with an oversize bathtub.

The lounge area opens fully out to the passage and has a cosy slow combustion wood heater set on a tessellated tile base. The character features continue through this room with pendant classic lighting and the added feature of a very attractive box bay window overlooking the western side of the home. Further down the hallway the games room with sliding double doors access also overlooks that side of the home. The western side is a narrow space but has a character bullnose verandah and a tessellated tile base which frames a strip of garden along the fence line. The space creates a pretty outlook from the windows and also shelters them from the afternoon sun assisting in keeping the home cool.

At the rear of the home is the large family / dining / kitchen which covers an area of approximately 36 square metres. Four vertical rectangular windows frame a large bank of double sliding doors along the rear of the home letting in plenty of natural light and providing easy access and lovely views out to the entertaining area and across the pretty garden framing the rear yard.

The stunning kitchen with its central island bench and breakfast bar overlooks the area creating a wonderful space for family interaction. The kitchen is fitted with beautifully crafted cabinetry and high quality appliances with names such as Blanco and LG. The kitchen has a sunny outlook to the side of the house and also a large corner pantry. You will enjoy preparing meals in such an interactive, spacious and functional kitchen space.

Through the rear sliding doors you will find yourself under an approx 6 metre by 6 metre colourbond gable roofed entertaining space which is fully paved with cream clay pavers. A wonderful functional space for all weather entertaining; look forward to some great barbeques and family gatherings. The rear yard drops away slightly from the rear of the home so the entertaining area is retained and raised with a block retaining wall which also serves to divide the rear yard into some pretty spaces providing some good visual and functional variation. On one side is a cubby house on stilts which has a slide dropping into a sandpit.... the children will love that! The rear of the entertaining space is defined by a hedge wall and then the space drops down to an area of lawn for the children to play.

On the other side the quality brick paving continues from the front and side of the house down a path which passes two big poly water tanks and a 3.8m x 1.8m approx garden shed and continues past the lawn to the rear gate. The rear yard is framed with a pretty garden of established trees including several fruit trees! You will enjoy picking your own fruit straight off the trees!

When you get to the back you are in for a surprise because you have
