I was built in 1972 and when I was only 6 years old, my current owners moved in. We've had a wonderful 40 years together. Their children were raised under my roof and have now moved on to have their own families. So many memories. Throughout the 40 years my owners have lived here, they've been very kind to me indeed. It's a somewhat regretful move for my owners but time marches on and they are retiring to a new home, not far away so now I'm waiting for a new owner to move in. It would be perfect for a young family to once again live here or perhaps a couple with a dog and cat. It would be just perfect. With everything you need nearby such as schools and good shopping, you'll never need to go far to do the weekly shop. Wonderful Queen Street, at West Croydon, is a short walk away and you'll love exploring all the trendy eateries and coffee spots there. If you work in the City, the train stop isn't far to walk to or perhaps you'd prefer to drive the short distance to the Entertainment Centre and jump on the tram.
