Nestled towards the end of Seagull Avenue in Hayborough, this delightful family home really has that sea-side living feel.
As you enter the property, there is a thoughtfully placed shower to wash down after a day at the beach. Starting downstairs you have a large lounge room with a TV, and sea views from ground level. It's a great spot for the kids to stay occupied while the adults entertain upstairs.
Three bedrooms are located downstairs, bedroom 3 is a large roomy kids room with a single bed, bedroom 4 features 2 single beds and door access to the exterior. Bedroom 5 features a tri-bunk (double with single on top) and outdoor access. Each bedroom also has a ceiling fan. Located on the ground floor is an additional bathroom/laundry, with a toilet, shower and front loader washing machine. There is also a storage locker to the side of the home that is perfect to keep your wet gear, bikes, wetsuits, surfboards etc.

Moving upstairs, bedroom 1 and 2 are large and spacious with queen beds. Both have access to the rear balcony, perfect for a little quiet time in the morning while you sip your cuppa. Both bedrooms are air conditioned. The upstairs bathroom has a toilet, shower and bath.

The large open plan living room is a marvel, with gorgeous sea views from both inside and out on the front decking. A large flat screen TV resides in the living room, to keep you occupied in the evenings or if the weather turns. With ducted air-conditioning upstairs you will be perfectly comfortable all through summer and winter alike!
There is a fully-equipped kitchen, with all the cooking equipment and utensils you will need to cook up a storm. The kitchen also includes a dishwasher, because nobody enjoys doing dishes on their holidays! But if cooking isn't your thing, the property isn't far from local restaurants and takeaways. Some locations to note, Whalers Inn in Encounter Bay, The Anchorage or Hotel Victor in Victor Harbor, and Cockles in Port Elliot. There are plenty of fish'n'chip, pizza or fast food shops too.

There is outdoor furniture and a Weber Q on the front decking, perfect for relaxing outside on warm evenings to appreciate the seaside-lifestyle. Why not cook a barbeque and entertain the family, what's more Australian than that?

It's a perfect location to venture out from, being only a short drive to Granite Island, The Bluff, shopping district of Victor Harbor, seaside towns of Port Elliot, Middleton and Goolwa or the wine region of McLaren Vale.
