The pump house offers the main pump, the gravity fed automatic top up with float valve venturi system fertigation and the automatic retro flow flushing system are all part of the computerised system.
There are approximately 30 olive trees. near the sheds the remainder is grazing country of which 80acres approx. is cropping country.
Once again highly developed good country and very adaptable, certainly a near city great lifestyle property with plenty of water and of course power insitu. Beautiful 360-degree views for a new home site and inviting historic settlers ruin all combine to make this a complete offering. Furthermore the water allocation from the Bremer River is a very valuable resourse and I respectfully add 'should not be overlooked'.
