The property was formerly a family home and renovated to that standard. The unit has been well built and is bright and light. The new renters would see themselves as guardians of the property, inside and out. The unit holders are partially owner occupied and we request before applying that you consider that you are moving into a small group of units which require minimal disruption to the other elderly residents. We would consider pets but are restricted by the strata by-laws due to an unfortunate incident.
This is a fully electric home with no gas options or solar panels. There is a large hot water tank on the exterior of the home. Water is a single property meter, split into 4 individual invoices.
When you enter the unit, you are welcomed into a large open plan living area. The majority of the unit has wood-look laminate flooring installed for low maintenance. For winter there is a facility to use LPG gas to utilise the heater, that has to be filled at your own expense, however due to the cylinders have an account being in my name, we have previously made arrangements that I purchase the gas and you reimburse me, as the complexity to have the account transferred is just not worth the headache. There is a large heating/cooling split system that is installed in the living area and this can be utilised instead.
The kitchen was upgraded with a 60cm pyrolytic oven for low maintenance cleaning with a 60cm ceramic cooktop. The dishwasher was recently replaced. There is ample kitchen storage with a large hideaway working bench area. There is an all-in-one filter drinking tap that requires you to replace the cartridge replacement approximately every 18 months.
The laundry has its original build aesthetic, but it can be closed off to the rest of the house There is a stand alone single toilet that adjoins to it. Please note that for as long as we can remember, the hot water tap to the washing machine taps have never worked and we never replaced it. We still have no plans to replace it - the rental comes this way.
The second smaller bedroom is approximately 3 x 3 with a small built in wardrobe.
The main bedroom is approximately 4 x 3, It will comfortably fit a queen size bed and 2 side tables. There is wall to wall built in wardrobe with ample storage. A split system is installed in this bedroom only. There is a 2-way bathroom that has an ensuite toilet. The bathroom has a 900mm vanity with large draws.
Outdoors has a small patio area which is shaded in summer and bright in winter.
There are 5 existing above ground garden beds if you choose to utilise them. There are fruit trees on the property. You would see yourself maintaining them during the year.
There is one garage with remote control and a spare parking space. There is strictly capacity for 2 vehicles and cars must be parked in these spots.

The comfort and joy this property will bring is not to be underestimated and the joy it will continue to provide you will be up to your own effort that you put in.
