I am a 4 Bedroom brick veneer Home in a quiet street in Evanston Park.
My owners have decided to sell me, can you believe that.
I mean Why? I am walking distance to Trinity, Gawler Collage and St Bridgets Schools.

If you are a young family and want to have room for the Kids to play then please come and visit me, I miss having Kids running around, maybe that is why the Boss is selling me, all the kids have grown and left home. This size Block in this part of town would cost $180,000. Then you will spend another couple of hundred thousand building, Come On come and have a look. Thanks
