The interest rate used of 4.64% pa is the average initial 3 year fixed rate of a cross section of four major banks and/or lenders. This rate was determined at 14th April 2015 and is subject to variation.
Different amounts and terms will result in different terms & rates. Costs such as redraw fees or early repayment fees, and cost savings such as fee waivers, are not included in the rate but may influence the amount of the loan, the cost of obtaining it and the weekly repayment amount.
