There is also a new timber pontoon on the lake, which is the ideal spot to sit with a chair and a glass of wine and soak up the lake vibe. You can also swim in the lake or use non-motored watercraft such as a kayak or stand up paddle board.
The living area is set up for enjoyment with big screen TV, DV player, books, DVDs and games and of course, the wonderful view to the lake.
The kitchen now has a Miele dishwasher, as well as microwave, and new digital oven and cooktop. The kitchen has a breakfast and enjoys full views to the lake. Cooking with a view!
The house has two good sized bedrooms each with a queen bed, the main with a sliding door to a private courtyard. All linen is supplied (BYO towels).
Year round comfort is provided through ducted reverse cycle air conditioning (heating and cooling) and ceiling fans for an extra comfort in summer if desired.
This property is all set up for your longer term stay in Victor Harbor. Just bring clothes, food and towels! The owners use it three times a year, but stays from 14 nights to 6 months outside of these times can be accommodated.
