As you enter there is a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and necessary items to cook up a storm. A large luxurious lounge you can watch TV and admire the view at the same time!

The master bedroom has a queen bed with sea views, reverse cycle air conditioning and a spacious ensuite with shower, vanity and w.c. The second bedroom has a queen bed with access to a private rear balcony to enjoy the bird life and parklands. The third bedroom has a set of bunks, ideal for kids. The main modern bathroom has a bath, frameless shower and vanity. The laundry has a washer/dryer.

The front balcony has a large dining table and seating for 6, great for outdoor dining and taking in the views. The rear balcony has a small table and chairs, perfect to enjoy a cuppa in the morning and a bit of peace and quiet, or a great place to read a good book!

Part of a unit group, there is lawn surrounding the apartments, great for the kids to play around, and a communal BBQ at the rear. If you are in the mood for a BBQ, there are a number of great beachfront BBQ's in Victor Harbor that are free, try on the Esplanade in Victor Harbor, on either side of the Granite Island Causeway. Or Kent Reserve at the end of Franklin Parade in Encounter Bay, which also features a large new playground for the kids.

Why not get out and enjoy a hike, with so many options right on this units doorstep. You can take a walk down Franklin Parade or on the Beach, take a walk up the Bluff and take in the worthwhile views, or from Petrel Cove across to Kings Head, then there is the iconic Granite Island. All of these locations and including your balcony will have amazing sunset and sunrises! If you have a bike, there is a fantastic bikeway running from Whalers all the way through to Goolwa!

For those who've come to fish the Boat ramp is located right near the Units on the corner of Solway and Franklin, $7 for 24 hours (takes credit, paywave and coins). Great facility, great fishing, best to get there Early during tuna season.

If you can't be bothered cooking and fine dining is your thing, look no further than Whalers, within walking distance from the unit. Great service, and good food, with bay views from your table. If you prefer something more family oriented and still within walking distance, Pa's Cafe and the Beach house with wood fired pizza are other options.
