"We first came across the plans for 37th Sixth street 6 yrs ago. Bowden itself appealed because of it's proximity to the CBD , in particular the developing West-end with the new RAH and medical/ health sciences/ research precinct of both Uni SA and Adelaide Uni. We thought it would appeal to both professionals and students , looking for a low maintenance property in a vibrant and growing area.
The green 5 star energy rating was a big winner and we loved that the layout would accommodate a diverse range of tenants. Three independent people and families alike would enjoy that each bedroom had it's own bathroom. The main living areas on the middle level are spacious and flow from one to the other seamlessly which was different to the split level living areas of other townhouses nearby that we were initially considering.
Of course, the added bonus in recent years has been the construction and completion of Botanic High School. Our Bowden property is within the zone for both this school and Adelaide High School. I believe such properties are highly sought after."
