The owners are offering the vineyard on 50acres individually or the house and vineyard on 55 acres as a whole if required by the purchaser. NOTE: the house on 5 acres is not available on its own.
The varieties include the 1939 planted Grenache approx. 7.65 acres plus approx 7 acres of 1941 planted Shiraz together with approx. 5.5 acres of younger Shiraz. The remainder of the planted acreage consists of some old and young Cabernet and a mix of Merlot 92 points in 2003, some Chenin Blanc and a small amount of old Chardonnay.
