The 34 acres is divided in to 3 parts, the vineyard, the house block and the fenced cropping area.

The 2004 planted shiraz vineyard is approximately 10 acres with drip irrigation pump fed (with time control) from the storage tanks. The fruit has been contracted to Kilikanoon receiving a quality bonus in 2021. Yield has been as high as 33 tonnes. Vintage 2022 is looking very good.
