There are also two bathrooms, including an en suite off the air-conditioned upper-level master bedroom.
An undercover balcony with a Weber Q and an outlook across the dunes to the ocean is the perfect place to kick back and let the sound of the waves wash over you.
Coastal views can also be enjoyed from the open-plan, air-conditioned upstairs living area, which is elegantly yet comfortably furnished with mid-century-inspired d cor including a replica Eames chair and has a television, DVD and CD player. The kitchen is equally well-equipped, with an electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine.
The downstairs living space has another TV and DVD, so there will be no squabbles over what to watch. There's also a laundry, outdoor shower and good-sized backyard with the added bonus of a playground nearby.
Silver Sands and Aldinga Beaches are ideal for fishing, snorkelling and scuba diving, and offers easy access to all the attractions of the Fleurieu Peninsula, including world-class wineries and restaurants.

Come and relax in this beautiful home or discover this district which is full of surprises. It's close for day trip drive down the Fleurieu Peninsula, to the McLaren Vale Wineries & restaurants or Goolwa via Port Elliot or Victor Harbor. Even Kangaroo Island isn't far away.

LINEN; All beds have doonas with covers that are used like a blanket, pillows and mattress protectors are provided. All beds require top and bottom sheets. Linen service can be provided upon request which includes sheets, pillow cases, hand towels, bath towels and tea towels.
CLEANING: Cleaning is mandatory, the cost is $70.00
