One large bedroom with huge full mirror robe. separate study area with built in desk, living room adjoining tree covered outdoor area spilling onto lawn. air conditioned. full kitchen and near new bathroom. private separate entry. separate laundry and drying area. on site carpark, definitely only one car space. good flat walking to beach (250m), coffee shop (50m), IGA supermarket and medical(800m). bus stop close by goes right along the coast. permanent tenancy please. ideally suits a single person. the electric bill is reduced with solar and is shared with a small office on the other side of the building, so is very reasonable. there is some minor furniture including a Queen bed and couch if you want. quiet tenants will be preferred. no pets and no smokers thank you. inspection fri 26th afternoon or i will advise of another day the week after.

please email adrian and i will arrange for inspections. usual two weeks rent in advance, 4 weeks bond, references, work history. have only had 2 tenants here and they both loved it.
