It comprises: a single-bed bedroom with a built-in wardrobe, wall mounted TV with DVD player, desk and chair, bookshelves and soon-to-be installed air conditioner; a toilet, shower and hand basin area just outside the bedroom; small item storage behind floor-to-ceiling mirrored doors; a new kitchen and laundry; and another mounted TV and separate DVD player in an 'open plan' enclosed garage area that also has an air conditioner. And it is all security and insect screened.
