Located in the middle of Wynnum's light industry precinct you will find the these two sheds available. They were recently all being used as one shed at 200m but have now been returned to two individual sheds of 100m each. Each shed has its own roller door and personnel door and access to a toilet block. If you are after a bit more space than one shed, the dividing wall can be removed to join the two sheds back together. There is a security gate that gets closed each night at the front of the building for extra security.
Shed 1 has a very small office for one person.
Shed 2 has no office at all and is an open plan shed 10m x 10m.
