Trees shading the cottage provide natural cooling, as do additional high louvres and ridge ventilation and polished concrete floors, but there are split air conditioners and fans for extra comfort if required. Your own private shaded carport is situated at the front of the cottage linked to an undercover pathway to the deck area.

Relax by the pool or take a walk along the private track to the beach, where from a rustic bench seat you can enjoy the views to Dunk and the Family Islands, which are just 10 minutes off shore.

Restaurants, shops and amenities are all within walking distance.
