Dear Future Homeowner,

These walls hold many memories for our family. When you step inside it feels calm, warm and welcoming. The street is quiet in a leafy cul de sac, with a park across the road where kangaroos appear in the soft morning light. We have loved the green outlook, the easy flow of the open plan and the feeling of coming home to our calm place.

What won us over was the open plan kitchen living dining keeps everyone connected. Tinted windows help hold back the heat and split system air conditioning in each room keeps things comfortable year round. The flow to a large private outdoor area has been the heart of our weekends with family barbecues and friends. Lush lawns and gardens are easy to keep thanks to the sprinkler system, so coming home always feels fresh.

Cooking is a pleasure. The kitchen includes an Electrolux oven and gas stove with a Miele dishwasher that performs every time. An added bar area with a floor to ceiling wine rack makes entertaining simple. We brought in more natural light with a skylight over the kitchen dining, updated the control unit for the sprinklers, and laid vinyl woodblock planks in the office media room. New carpet in all bedrooms keeps things quiet underfoot.

Practical living is covered. Roller door access from the garage to the backyard makes mowing and weekend projects straightforward. The backyard is fully fenced for pets and kids. A security camera system gives peace of mind when away. Shops, work, schools and the cinema are all close which saves time and keeps life simple.

This has been our family home where we raised our son, now it's time for another family to make their memories here.
