Located in the heart of Chermside, this well-kept share house is just a short stroll to Westfield Chermside, major bus routes, and local parks. Room 3 is a furnished standard room with a single bed, offering simple and affordable living in a convenient location. Please note that this room does not have air conditioning.

All rooms in the property are private and lockable, and residents share access to a fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms, laundry and communal spaces.

Your electricity, internet and water are included within your weekly rental price. Due to Brisbane City Council and Queensland Fire Compliance all rooms are single occupancy only (i.e. no couples, no children). As this is a Rooming Accommodation house it is not suitable for pets.
