You will love these 80 acres (32.63ha) because they offer a bit of everything; views, a lovely timbered ridge, gently undulating cleared land - it would make a great hobby farm. It is rare that we get properties with great views that have such an easy access.

From the shed built on the ridge, you have views to the east, west & south (photos do not do them justice). The ridge runs across the property which is quite lush with tall gums and grass trees. There are 2 dams and a bore. Water is pumped from the bore to a header tank which gravity feeds to the camp facilities. There is also a small seasonal creek which meanders through part of the property as well.

If you enjoy fishing and boating, it is only 27km to the nearest boat ramp at Miara on the Kolar River and the same to Littabella Creek (both tidal) and beautiful Norval Park Beach. Alternatively, a boat ramp at Winfield on tidal Baffle Creek is 25km.

Yandaran is the nearest country town and offers a hotel, general store with fuel and a primary school. 5 mins further on is the Avondale Homestead Tavern.

Mail is delivered 3 days a week and the school bus is available close by.
