Should you be a Buyer who wishes to occupy yourselves, then know you our buyer and our Sellers would agree on a price and terms, put it to Contract. Once your Contract Conditions are fully satisfied then the Sellers would instruct their Property Managers to issue a Notice to Vacate to our Lady Tenant for the current Lease End Date. Upon receiving a Notice to Vacate, when and if this happens, a Tenant knows then the property is going to settle to new owners who wish to reside at the property, so they and their Property Manager will begin looking for another suitable home as the time to Lease End date approaches, more often than not a Tenant during this time may seek to break lease when they know the property is definitely going to settle to new owners, knowing their Seller then has an unconditional contract often a Tenant may choose to seek other options and secure another suitable property well prior to their lease end date. However, time will tell here, we firstly need to secure our contract together, then satisfy the terms and conditions, all through the process keeping our respected Lady Tenant abreast of the activity on the property she occupies. The Sellers and I shall be here to care for our valued Tenant and you our valued Buyers.
