Last Listing description (May 2021)

The Patrick Leslie Memorial Presbyterian Church was erected at Pratten (west of Warwick) in 1905 and moved to Warwick almost 50 years later on September 11th 1955 where it has been the worship place for the Rose City Presbyterian Church parishioners until recently when it was decided they would relocate and sell the Church, Hall and land.
Situated on 1012sqm corner block in west Warwick the site has the church and church hall which is a large building with timber floors, two meeting rooms and toilets.
The church is lined with pine and its timber is in excellent condition.

Church building is on the local heritage register which I understand means it is not readily relocated from the site, the hall is not on the register.
The property is currently zoned for religious purposes and would require consent through application and approval by Southern Downs Regional Council to use as a dwelling or other purpose.
