Floors are the original timer, carpeted for over 60 years, have only been lightly sanded and are mixed hardwood, all trims have been gap filled prior to undercoat and paint. All frames have any beads to stop insects or ants entering home, no access for cockroaches in home at all! This fastidious owner tradesman has been careful to have a quality low maintenance home to live in safely with his wife and two small children.

The kitchen renovation took 580 hours, solid timber, lots of hardwood, polished concrete benches, all new plumbing, sink and fittings.
