27 Glenwood Pl, The Gap is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom House with 2 parking spaces and was built in 1998. The property has a land size of 450m2 and floor size of 131m2. While the property is not currently for sale or for rent, it was last sold in May 2022.
This beautiful home is located in one of The Gap's most tightly held estates. The rare opportunity is now presented to make this address yours.
Nestled on a 450m2 low-maintenance block, the home has been lovingly cared for by its original owner and since sold to an interstate buyer looking to relocate to be close to QLD based family. Sadly circumstances have changed and the property is looking for someone new to call home. The condition of the house is excellent and evident throughout. The home has all the fundamentals for functional, easy living. Arrive to a spacious, open plan living area where cooking, dining, and relaxing are seamlessly connected to each other in the way our modern lifestyles expect. Central to this welcoming space is a galley-style kitchen with breakfast bar and adjoining space for dining. Two large, flexible lounging zones with air-conditioning beg you to settle in and get comfortable. The plantation style shutters littered throughout the home adds the final touch of class to a well presented interior.
A stunning bay window brings character to the master bedroom, a welcome space to take a breath and rejuvenate. The ensuite offers a very generous shower space reminiscent of contemporary bathrooms. Two additional bedrooms, main bathroom with bath and separate shower, and laundry connected to the outdoors complete the practical floor plan. A generous alfresco space will lure you from indoors, offering covered entertaining for everything from a peaceful breakfast with the birds to hosting a crowd for the big game.
Here, the established gardens create a screen to neighbouring properties and give complete privacy to the outdoor space. The quiet cul-de-sac location borders an established nature strip with walking and cycling paths meandering through the leafy neighbourhood to nearby Enoggera creek. This home offers exciting potential to add your own touch to the interiors and create a home to suit your lifestyle. Be quick to act to secure your future in this wonderful pocket of The Gap. "What the Owner says"
After purchasing the home a year or so ago, my plan originally was to move closer to family based in QLD. Unfortunately circumstances have now changed and whilst I love the property, its now time for someone else to call home. In time I have owned the property, I rented the property out until I could plan my move interstate.
I know my much-loved home will offer its new owners or residents a wonderful space to create their very own memories in this peaceful, established location.
