This apartment literally has to be seen to be believed. It starts as soon as you walk in the property and immediately notice the high ceilings, separate study room, massive cook's kitchen, separate dining area and generous living area. Then your gaze drifts outside and you see the massive private courtyard area and you start to think of the potential and the fantastic lifestyle this unique property offers.

The next thing you notice is the silence, broken only by the trickling water from one of the complexes many water features.
