A note from the seller:

We have been so lucky to enjoy easy access to the many walks through Toohey Forest through our back gate while at the same time maintaining privacy within our home and garden. At times we experience the joy of looking up to the gum behind the fence to spot a koala nestled in its limbs and welcome the many birds and other wildlife that visit us. The garden seasonally changes from the endangered "Queensland Tamarind" that fruits annually, to the white and purple Wisterias that are about to flower. There is always something interesting happening. Why move? Unfortunately it is time to down size. Living in this location has provided us with easy access to cultural centres, cafes, cinemas, parks, bikeways and shops, we are able to zip into the city or frequent the many easily accessible shopping centres or hop onto the freeway to the north or south coast. Due to the elevation of the block we enjoy cooling breezes and the mountain protects us from the westerlies.
