There are 4 bedrooms, master with ensuite, all on the lower level. The renovated kitchen is spacious with breakfast bar, gas cooking and stone bench tops, and opens out to one of the best features of the home - the spacious deck with 180 degree views across the hinterland. There is a second covered entertaining area downstairs adjacent to the sparkling swimming pool. More photographs are to follow - call the office to make an appointment to inspect.

Dogs will be considered on application and owner's final approval.
Bedding configuration is 1 King in master bedroom, 1 Queen and 1King Single in front bedroom, 1 Double in each of other bedrooms.
Furnishings / Inventory may differ slightly from photos - please inspect the property to ensure it is suitable for your needs or call the office to discuss. The study is not available for use as the owner's will be using it for storage. Tenants are responsible for garden maintenance. Tenants will be charged for internet, gas and electricity based on pro-rata usage. Owners will pay for 30kL of water in the 3 month period, tenants will be invoiced for excess usage above that.
It is essential to register your intention to attend any scheduled open house. If there are no registrations to attend the open house, the open house may not take place.
