First time to the market! Located only 350metres from the Sunshine Beach village shops, across the road from Ferris Park, only a 2 minute walk to the national park entrance and 600m to the Sunshine Beach Surf Club. How good does it get?

The design is a simple open plan, split level format with cathedral ceilings, exposed rafters and beams. Enduring materials: rendered concrete block walls, hardwood timbers and natural slate floors add to its casual appeal.

Today the home is surrounded in luxuriant gardens with numerous native birds such as Kookaburras and Currawong regular visitors.

Courtyards enveloped by colourful tropical plants enhance the privacy of the home. In the evenings, spotlights throughout the grounds create a magical ambience.

Colourful gardens, comfy chairs, treasured tchotchkes garnered from travels around the world, a ceiling fan, a hammock and day bed; no wonder this is where the owner prefers to spend the majority of time.

It is little wonder the building inspector said the property is solid and well maintained when he inspected the home on June 27, 2021.

The exterior was repainted 2 years ago.
The roof screws were replaced, the roof painted with 3 coats of paint, new gutters and leaf guard installed 3 years ago.
The bedrooms and bathroom were renovated in 2019. The bedrooms were rewired, had insulation, new lights, 2 new air conditioning units and fans installed.
Berber carpet was laid in the 3 bedrooms and in the living room.
The kitchen was renovated 4 years ago but kept in the style that is appropriate to the age of the building (oven and stove replaced, cupboard doors refaced.
The pool was resurfaced and the pool lights were renewed in 2020.
Double garage with one remote operating door.
A current perimeter treatment barrier (for the prevention of termite activity) is in place.
Security screens are on all doors and windows.

A trendy, beachside mansion this property is not. It's more like a step back in time, a bohemian abode for the buyer looking for their own private sanctuary, a place to relax, unwind and enjoy the simple joys of living at the beach - Sunshine Beach.
