Sellers Comments .
We have lived here for 30 years and its been good to us. Its a lovely quiet street and we have excellent neighbours. Most of the people in our street have been here for a long time. I have put a lot of work into this home. The workshop, I run my business from there, so I am lucky I get to work from home. And it also has room for my toys and gym. Our yard is fully fenced with a high black chain wire. It also has a bottom ril so it would be secure for our dogs cost us over $30,000. We love sitting on our back patio at the end of the day. Its insulated and protected from the weather so we use it all year.
Deep down I am a country boy. When we built here 35 years ago this was out in the country. Now Logan Village, Yarrabilba & Jimboomba are growing very fast and they are just a few minutes away so its getting busier. It has its advantages with new shops and schools and restaurants being built there. Its going to be huge when it is finished. Just too busy for us. We want the quiet life and have already purchased our next property further out in the country, so this one MUST be sold! We are sure the next couple or family will love it just as much as we have.
