The 2 sisters who were born and bred in this lovely family home share with us their beautiful story about growing up at 14 Clarinda Ave: "We have had so many wonderful memories growing up on Clarinda Ave. The neighbours are helpful and would look after the home whenever we were away. The street consisted of many other children and we all spent time in each other's homes and yards over the years. It is the street to be! When our parents built this home back in 1972, Springwood was all just dirt tracks and trees. It's hard to believe what it once was when you look around at the developed and organised suburb it has become. There is definitely a lot of nostalgia associated with the house and the suburb. Our parents choose this particular block to build on with their future family in mind. Dad always mentioned it was because of its central location to both the high school and primary school and the central shopping district.
