1. The bond amount is equivalent to four (4) weeks'' rent.
2. Two (2) weeks'' rent must be paid when signing the lease to secure the property.
3. If the property is water efficient, the approved tenant will be responsible for all water usage charges.

7. Payment options: SimpleRent or MePay.
8. If an in-person inspection cannot be conducted, all tenants must agree to and sign a sight-unseen clause, which will form part of the lease agreement.
9. All eligible applications will be presented to the landlord for their consideration prior to lease approval.
