There is about 2 acres with approximately 1000 ladyfinger bananas established. There are also pawpaw trees and pineapples growing. An area of elevated red soil would be excellent to expand any of these fruits. Irrigation water is available from two large dams. There is a tractor driven pump on the main dam and aluminium surface mains.
Only 30km from Bundaberg GPO and similar distance to Gin Gin. This property also has daily mail delivery, good TV reception, NBN and single phase power connected.
