1. The bond amount is equivalent to four (4) weeks' rent.
2. Two (2) weeks' rent must be paid when signing the lease to secure the property.
3. If the property is water efficient, the approved tenant will be responsible for all water usage charges.
4. Tenants are required to maintain the yard, gardens, and ensure the property grounds remain weed-free.
5. Internet/NBN: Tenants should verify service availability directly with their preferred provider.
6. We strongly recommend that at least one applicant or a trusted representative physically inspects the property to confirm it meets your needs. This includes but is not limited to checking fridge space, laundry facilities, bedroom dimensions, windows, security features, and fencing. 7. Payment options: SimpleRent or MePay.
8. If an in-person inspection cannot be conducted, all tenants must agree to and sign a sight-unseen clause, which will form part of the lease agreement.
9. All eligible applications will be presented to the landlord for their consideration prior to lease approval.

3. If inspection times are not available, please use the Enquire button at the top of the page
4. After inspecting the property, you will receive a link to apply via text or email.
5. You will be informed of the outcome once a decision is made on your application.
