For those who enjoy walking, there is a 1.6km walking track to the beach approx. 1.8km from the property.
If building and moving is an option, rubbish bin collection is available and mail can be delivered 5 days a week. Both primary & high school children can catch the school bus to the local primary school or the high school in Rosedale. Rates are approx. $950.00 per year.
