What the Owner says
Since building this property 13 years ago, we will be really sad to say goodbye. When we built the home, we were very picky about the layout and what we felt we would really benefit from such as the extended garage. We use the pool all the time and it still leaves plenty of yard for children to play.
We are moving up to the Sunshine Coast to be closer to family and so we felt it was the right time that new owners got to enjoy what we have here. We know who ever buys this home will be very lucky and love living here!
