Well, this stunning two bedroom home has recently had a renovation and modernization, with kitchen upgrades, new ovens and stovetops, new floors, and a stunning new bathroom. Now, the biggest problem is when you get over a hundred acres and you finally get the renovated property and you get the freshwater creek, you can never have a pub just at the end of your street.

The other thing that I'd want if I had a large property is I'd want to have fuel close by, as well as a convenience store. I don't know if that's even possible.

And I think to myself, if I get the renovated house, not too big, not too much to look after, but I still get the big sheds not too close to the house so I can make as much noise as I like, and I get the almost 130 acres, and it's got the freshwater creek that I can pump from, and it's got the cattle yards, and if it's got the pub at the end of the street, and it's got fuel nearby, and it's got a golf course nearby, there's no way it's near the beach and a boat ramp where I can go fishing or crabbing.

Hold on a second, this place does have everything.

I'll tell you what, I'll make you a deal. If you can book in and have an inspection and buy this place faster than I can convince my wife to, it's yours.
