Oh I wish I could downsize now and live in this very well thought-out unit. This is my take on it.....
Firstly, I'm a sucker for a great floor plan and this one is up there with one of the best for a unit. The two bedrooms are at separate ends of the apartment, with their own bathrooms and their own balconies, with the open kitchen, dining and living serving as the centrepiece of the space. It's ideal for couples, young people, downsizers, investors (especially with Bond Uni just down the road), first home buyers and retirees. It's a flavour for all.
Secondly, the position is absolutely banging!! Right across the road from the Easy T shopping village (with IGA, Flannery's, Organic butcher, 2 of my favourite restaurants - Taboon and Krish, and much much more), it's only minutes walk to Robina Town Centre, the Dog and Parrot Pub, a short push bike ride to Bond Uni, Lake Orr and Varsity Train Station. Plus, you're only a short drive to the M1, Burleigh Beach, Coolangatta Airport and the rainforest just past Mudgeeraba.
