After many joyful years in our beautiful home raising our family, we've made the bittersweet decision to sell and move into one of our other properties now that our teenage boys are older and have become "somewhat" more independent! We just don't need the huge spaces anymore that we've enjoyed so much over the last 8 years. It's our time now to embark on a new chapter filled with some travel and exciting adventures ahead! Before we go though, we want to share a little about what this home has meant to us and our family.
This isn't just a property, it's a place where memories have been made for us. We've watched our children grow up here and have hosted many nights with family and friends, enjoying all the amazing things our home has provided for us all. What First Drew Us to This Home?
Back in 2017, when we first walked through the doors, we fell in love and instantly knew this place was something special. The spacious layout-with two separate wings was a dream come true for our family. Our children loved having their own spaces, and so did we! After a busy day at work or school, we could all retreat into our own areas or come together in the generous open-plan kitchen and living areas to reconnect.
The privacy was also a huge drawcard for us. Tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac, the pool and outdoor spaces felt like our own private sanctuary, perfect for unwinding in peace. And with the many alfresco areas to choose from, everyone could find their own little corner to relax, read, eat, or simply chill out with their friends!
Our Favourite Moments Here:
If we could take one thing with us to our next property it would be the outdoor entertaining areas for sure. We will certainly miss our homemade pizzas with family and friends around the fire and we will definitely miss our bali huts! We've also loved our lazy summer afternoons by the pool, evening dinners in the alfresco area and of course our media room. We've especially loved hosting sporting nights in the media room like State of Origin and the NFL Super bowl with friends with pizzas and popcorn in hand. So many memories we will carry with us forever.
