A Letter from the Owner

When we first found this home 23 years ago, it immediately captured our hearts. Its calm and peaceful setting, paired with the convenience of being so close to everything we needed, made it feel like the perfect place to build a life. Over the years, we've poured so much love and care into it-renovating the bathrooms, refreshing the kitchen, updating the flooring and doors, enhancing the gardens and the pool, and adding air conditioning, security screens, and cameras.

One of the biggest changes we made was converting the garage into an additional room. It has been so versatile over the years, serving as a space that could easily be a fifth bedroom, a media room, or a study. Of course, if the next owners prefer a garage, it can be returned to its original purpose simply by removing the wall we added.

This home has given us countless treasured memories, but none more precious than the day my grandson entered the world right here within these walls. He was in such a hurry that he didn't make it to the hospital, and instead, this home became the very first place he took his breath. It's a memory etched forever in our hearts and one that will always make this place extra special.

Different times of the year bring their own kind of magic here. On crisp winter mornings, sunlight gently warms the kitchen and living spaces, perfect for a quiet coffee or a good book. In summer, evenings are best spent on the balcony, watching the sun sink away with a glass of wine in hand. These little seasonal rituals have become part of the soul of the home.

There are also those practical comforts you may not notice at first-we've loved our LED strip lighting under the kitchen bench, which always created an ambient feeling.

If I could take one thing with me, it would be my beloved elkhorn plants, which have thrived and grown here just as we have. They're a small reflection of the care, beauty, and joy this property has always offered.

This house has been more than just walls and a roof-it's been the backdrop to our laughter, our milestones, and our family's story. My wish is that you, too, will feel the same warmth, comfort, and sense of belonging when you step inside.

With love,
The Current Owner
