* The smaller submersible pump runs at 100% (4,500gph) and the multistage pump can be adjusted by the turn of a dial
* The pumps therefore work together with a single rotary timer. When the pumps stop, the centre pivot is turned off on low pressure
* Therefore the pumps time out and a few minutes later the pivot senses the low pressure and shuts down
* All mains are 150mm pvc
* 15 main hydrants down the middle of the property and one on the northern boundary, "RJ" hydrants
